About - Portfolio of Cindy Chung Cindy is a Los Angeles-based  fashion designer trained in variety of art forms with emphasis in concept and apparel development.  Her passion for clothing and design had led her to seek  a career in fashion after graduating from University of California Irvine with a BFA degree. In the past few years Cindy has been working and freelancing as assistant and associate designer for different fashion manufacturers and brands.  She is skilled in rendering flats, fashion illustrations, and creating concepts with attention to detail.  Her past experience including garment production with strong knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, draping, sewing, tech packs, materials and trims. In 2008, Cindy was nominated for Fashion Design Award at Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) where she received a degree in Associate of Arts Professional Designation in Fashion Design; Magna Cum Laude.
